We open up perspectives

Our research is aimed at improving decision-making and action complexes in organizations more efficient through the use of information and communication technology. We concentrate our work primarily on the development and testing of methods for multi-perspective enterprise modeling. We combine a high scientific standard with a strong application orientation. Our projects are supported by the German Research Foundation, the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the European Union, among others, and we also maintain intensive cooperation with companies.

Our team is embedded in the Institute for Computer Science and Business Information Systems (ICB), in which numerous research groups cover a broad spectrum of both subjects. Our research benefits from the fact that, in such an environment, we can quickly fall back on specific specialist skills if required.
