As part of this year's CAiSE (37th International Conference on Advanced Information Systems Engineering), Ulrich Frank is conducting the tutorial “Empowering Development and Use of DSMLs with the FMMLx and the XModelerML”.

The tutorial is on the development of domain-specific languages using languages, methods and tools developed at the chair. The chair's language technology not only significantly increases the expressive power and reusability of DSML, but also allows the modeling effort to be significantly reduced - while at the same time promoting model quality. Last but not least, it offers a common representation of models and programs, enabling software architectures that allow users to navigate models and languages during runtime - and to change them if necessary.
